CRM: Sales and Marketing is a Lotus Notes Customer Relationship Management software application, covering contact management for all of your marketing, prospect and existing customer contacts.

CRM: Sales & Marketing Lotus Notes stores all contact information including personal details and correspondence history (such as quotes, letters, e-mails, telephone conversations) and has tools for central lead creation & delegation, reminders and task lists. This Customer Relationship Management solution consolidates all contact information, streamlines the sales process and reduces sales cycles, making your Sales and Marketing teams more productive, which allows them to focus on customer base growth and retention.

CRM: Sales and Marketing is a Lotus Notes application, comprised of five separate modules which can be implemented separately or can be integrated as required. The modules include Contact Management, Sales Lead Management, Document Creation and Management, Marketing Campaign Management and Task Management. Our applications are available for use within Lotus Notes and Domino 6.0x, 7.0x, 8.0x and Lotus Notes 8.5.x since January 10th 2009. There are two primary version releases available:

CRM Contact Manager 6.8 and Sales & Marketing Suite 6.8 all run on Lotus Notes Domino 6.5.x through to Lotus Notes 7.03 Domino 7.03. This version will run within a mixed environment of servers and clients between those versions of Lotus Notes and Domino.

CRM Contact Manager 7.0 and Sales & Marketing Suite 7.0 all run on Lotus Notes Domino 7.x and 8.x including the recently launched Lotus Notes 8.5 and Domino 8.5. This version will coexist and run within a mixed environment of Lotus Notes 7.x and Lotus Notes 8.x clients and version 8 Domino servers. Whilst these are standard configurations, some customers do run in mixed Domino 7 and Domino 8 server environments also.

Typically in many circumstances, as our Customer References will likely testify, we make sure our applications work and would put every effort into working with you to ensure our applications work both in the short, medium AND long term, through which ever Lotus Notes and Domino versions you happen to be running. The only factor that may be affected, could be specific features and whether they will run on your version.
