Our core Timesheet application is Timesheet Manager for Lotus Notes and IBM Lotus Domino. It contains the standard, popular 'Sheet' orientated timesheet workflow approval system and is runs as a client application for Lotus Notes and also as a thin client web browser application.
As a web browser application, the software simply runs either within your premisis or ours and you access the application via your web browser. Hence you do not need to use IBM Lotus Notes or IBM Lotus Domino already. Of course, if you do use those platforms, then you are able to run Timesheet Manager as a client application too, including off-line working and remote replication features too.

Timesheet Manager provides an efficient means to capture and analyse the time spent by the people within your organisation. You may also use the information captured as part of your billing processes.
Where you have external contractors, or workers on Customer sites, you can always provision the Timesheets X web inteface to capture time remotely and subsequently use that for billing time too, without the need to install separeate software.
Time sheet Manager has various approval options, which can be implemented according to your needs, whether using our other complimentary applications, such as our HR Manager application, to determine relevant Line Manager information, or a separate directory or database, we can work with you to meet your needs.
