Service Desk for Lotus Notes & Domino comprises of several separate modules which can be implemented separately or integrated as required: Service Desk (the primary application module), Call Centre Management, for call logging and tracking, Knowledge Base and Customer Service Document Management, for storing and managing correspondence and associated documents.
The reporting facility can report on call volumes, problem areas, call loads, departments, service levels, response times, resource deployment etc and subsequently analyse calls taken by employee and service rates.
This application has been audited and tested by IBM as approved add-on application for Lotus Notes and Domino. Our applications are available for use within Lotus Notes and Domino 6.0x, 7.0x, 8.0x and since January 10th 2009, now Lotus Notes 8.5.x. and IBM Lotus Domino 8.5.x
ServiceDesk 6.8 is supported on Lotus Notes Domino 6.5.x through to Lotus Notes 7.03 and Domino 7.03.

IBM Lotus Domino release 8.02 or higher server is required for new features contained within the ServiceDesk X.
